Howdy to everyone here at this forum. I post regularly at the CC forum. But as this one seems to be coming along so well, i think i'll do a spot of moon-lighting.
I've been Peing for a while but i havent really been getting any gains. So after almost quitting, ive turned it around and lately i totally changed my routine. Its now an hour longer than it was before and its using totally new stretches that i ve learnt (including a couple of DLD's). Its very intensive, I m hoping that this new routine is what i needed a few months ago. It s a routine that most sites probably wouldn't advise. But hey, what they have so far hasnt worked so f*** em !!
Anyway i did have a question to ask and it was to DLD (if he gets the time to read this!);
did you always do your routine every day ?? i ve recently taken the same stance as you, i really don't feel like these rest days are doing anything other than wasting time.
right now i do 4 days on (two on length/2 more geared toward grith) then a day off.
Like i ve said before i ve been doing this stuff for a LONG time. I think maybe its time to go all out every day from now on ??
maybe take a day off every once in a while. Is there anyone else reading this that has moved to routines every other day ??
