I've totatly revamped my routine because of time constrants and wanting to bust through a plateau.
My current stats are 8.5-9" ENBPL 6" EG depending on how excited I am.
My goals is 11" ENBPL and 6.5-7" EG
Old routine: 5-6 days a week
15-20 min manual stretching, fake arms, real arms.
OTS stretching with the BiB
15 min dry jelqing
400 wet Power Jelqs
New routine: 6-7 days a week
ADS with PenisPlus
15-20 manual stretching (DLD Blasters) with the Power Assist
5-10 dry jelqing
400 wet jelqs with the Power Jelqer.
With this routine I'm going to reach my goal with in the next year as this is my second year of my PE journey.
I started my ADS Oct 2nd results so far are looking very promising, and I received my Power Assist Oct 8 and I love this thing. So with that let the growing begin
