What are some good Male Enhancers?

Besides Viagra and others. What are some good male enhancers? What are some natural male enhancers? Can someone explain Viagra? I read what it is but I want someone to explain it further for me. Is there a particular age? Are there any side effects? I know that every product has a side effect.

I am having some erection problems and I am only 31. My penis is steady getting longer and thicker. However, my erections come and go. Someone help a brother out.

I had the same erectile problem, beginning at about the same age. I could get wood, but it was sporadic and wasn't as hard as it once was. What has worked for me is Flax seed oil, although any omega-3 fatty acid will do the same thing, at a dosage of 2000 mg per day. I've been taking these for several weeks and I've had penis rejuvenation (hallelujah!). The omega-3 FAs act on the vascular smooth muscle to cause relaxation, which improves blood flow into the penis.

Speaking of that, Viagra does the same thing, but works by inhibiting an enzyme. It's kind of complicated, but this link will take you to a lucid and accurate explaination of the process.

Side effects of viagra are mostly vertigo and headache due to the systemic vasodilation.

Another natural enhancer that seems to be legitimate is panex ginseng. There are at least two types of ginseng, but only the panex has been shown to work. The caveat is that panex ginseng reportedly takes approximately one month to become efficacious, while, in my experience, the Flax seed oil works within days. However, this is my experience, so I obviously can't guarantee that it will do anything for you. It is cheap, though, and you can get it at any drug store in the vitamin aisle.

Other side effects: lower blood pressure, big smile on my wife's face due to the return of rock-hard erections, increased libido. No hair loss - in fact, the improved blood flow should increase hair retention.

The stuff is harmless, just don't take too much (>3-4 grams) or you won't see any benefits.

the herbs tribulus and macca will have a good overall effect on errections and libido.
viagra and cialis is good for a single shot, but that's it. they're often tied with sides too.

you mentioned hair loss as a worried side effect. are you taking anything for hair loss right now? propecia (finasteride) will effect test levels and have an impact on errections
