Where to order extention rods for Vimax?

Just got my vimax extender in the mail today. I tried it on and i used all the rods it came with and it is not enough. I have the thing maxed out with the amount of rods it came with and cant even get the tension to the first notch. Does anybody know where i can order extra rods for it?

I'm pretty sure that they have a parts website. You might search for that on here.
