This is going to be my personal PE record. Please feel free to post comments to whom ever reads this. I have almost fully recuperated from a circumcision operation and I am anxious as hell to get back to my routine. I plan on an intense wet jelqing session in the mornings and and intense manual stretching session in the evenings. My current measurments are as follows:
BPEL: 6 3/8"
EL: 6"
EG: 5 3/8"
FG: 4 1/2"
FL: 4 1/2"
FSL: 6 3/4"
I did some basic stretches tonight. Still too tender for jelq session. Should be completely healed by 6/24.

Starting this tonight......gonna see how it goes.
Set 1: Bundled A-Stretch Blasters (5 second reverse kegel followed by a 10 second kegel x 10) Maximum stretch on the reverse kegel.
Then go right into
Tunica Rotary Stretchulling upward gripping by the glans with one hand while the other grips the scrotum. Pulling upward at 100% while stretching the scrotum down at 100%. In this position do 50 Rotary stretches.
REST for 1-2 minutes
Set 2: Bundled A-Stretch Blasters, This time farther down the shaft (5 second reverse kegel followed by a 10 second kegel x 10) Maximum stretch on the reverse kegel.
Then go right into
Tunica Rotary Stretchulling upward gripping by the glans with one hand while the other grips the scrotum. Pulling upward at 100% while stretching the scrotum down at 100%. In this position do 50 Rotary stretches.
REST for 1-2 minutes
Set 3: Bundled A-Stretch Blasters This as far down the shaft as you can while still being able to get into the A-Stretch (5 second reverse kegel followed by a 10 second kegel x 10) Maximum stretch on the reverse kegel.
Then go right into
Tunica Rotary Stretchulling upward gripping by the glans with one hand while the other grips the scrotum. Pulling upward at 100% while stretching the scrotum down at 100%. In this position do 50 Rotary stretches.
