I was wondering how to fully concrete gains:confused: Once I see gains, should I do something else or just continue my routine to concrete em'?? I'll be posting my 1st post-PE measurements on the 18th....15 days into training. I know I've gained, whether or not I'll keep em':confused:
Most people recommend carrying on with your current routine for a month or so to cement gains (never heard it called concrete before!) If you stop suddenly you might lose a week or so gains. It varies from person to person.
