Hard Vien

I was doing some DLD Bends and i found some viens under my gland had gone really hard i think they might be thromosed viens does this sound ok to you guys, they are hard and dont hurt when i touch them. :s

are they raised at all? bumps?

I just had one, kind of like a bump. Just chill out for about a week and see if it goes away. It's been said before, PE will always be there, your penis's health might not be.

Yeah they are is this really bad, will it cause me future problems, it seems that alot of people get them when they do DLD Bends or Horse 440's, is this right.

Well it seems as if my hard vien has gone, i will take it easy o nthe girth exercises this time, and im trying a few new routines so its been a nice few days off pe. :)

join the club. sounds like what I had, a thrombosed vein. I got it doing horse 440's. They can be CRAZY dangerous if you're a newbie, as I learned(although, I'm really not a newbie anymore :))

Just take about a week off from girth exercizes and be careful when you get back into them.

Yup I had a thrombosed vein from doing Horse's as well, long ago. No big deal, I think most PE people will get them if they're doing something intense enough. (No that does not mean its a standard to tell you that you're doing it intense enough.) ;)
