Hi all,
I've read that pumping only gives you temporary gains, sort of like a swollen look and a build up of fluid or something like that, and then shrinks back down to normal...so my question is why does pumping only give temporary gains, isn't it the same as any other PE exercise, which puts the penis in a state that is past the normal amount of engorgement, breaking down the cells so that when it heals it will be able to hold more? I just don't understand why constricters work good, and other methods which seem to target the same thing...going beyond maxiumum engorgement/capacity?
Has anyone achieved permenent gains with pumping and how long did it take?
I have talked to people who have gained through pumping but it takes several years..I used to pump but now I only do manual.

Well, over at thunder's there are actually a few men who have made significant gains in size using pumping, but some of them also used jelqing in between sets of pumping. Avocet 8 gained over 2" in length and about 3/4 of an inch in girth from pumping and jelqing. In his case the manuals really helped to "solidify" the gains from pumping. It didn't take him a tremendously long time to get to where he was comfrotable enough to retire. I've already been Peing for well over a year and a half and I'm going to try to see if pumping and jelqing will allow me to retire soon. With pumping you don't have to spend a huge amount of time to gain, as most of the info I've read says that usually two-three sets of ten minutes with jelqing in between sets is sufficient to grow and to grow at a steady rate. I'm quite interested to try pumping, and hopefully I will be able to get a pump in the next few weeks, but I won't begin to pump for another three-five weeks as I'm on a break at the moment.
Do some research on pumping and see what you find. Just as any other method in PE it may or may not work for all men, but it does work just like any other pe method you can rest assured that it does work as there are a good number of men who used pumps in their programs and gained extremely well from pumping.
I did want to point out that clamping and pumping both cause tissue expansion, as both exert pressure on the CC and CS of the penis. If you look into it the vaccuum pump actually displaces the force evenly over the shaft but with clamping the pressure can be exerted to a specific area and may not cover as large a surface area. The principles behind manuals, clamping, and pumping are all the same. You expand the tissues to a greater size thus giving you a larger penis. It is all very similar in effect, but some methods are more comfortable and easier to perform than others. I've found that the learning curve for pumping is not as steep as using a BIB hanger, or even clamping. With both hanging and clamping you have to learn to wrap properly and watch for head coolness and be sure that you take a break between sets to allow fresh blood into the penis. With pumping you have to read up on what size cylinder to buy, pressures to use, and which lube to use but as far as use goes it's fairly simple. Lube it up, slide in the tube, pump to a certain pressure (which you have already read up on) and enjoy the sensations (as I have heard that pumping feels good) and it doesn't take a huge amount of time to gain. This is a plus if you are busy or are getting more and more busy like myself. That's the biggest reason for me as I don't have a huge amount of time to PE, and pumping seems to be very efficient and worthwhile.
