Hi Guys,
Now that I started posting (after being a silent observer since September) I just wanted to say hello to everyone! This is a great site. I have been getting "warmed up" into PE the last few weeks doing some Phase 1 excercises on and off. Finally just last week I started full time. This is going to be a lifelong involvement for me just as going to the gym has been a regular part of my life since my college years.
Good luck to all my fellow newbies and thanks to all current/veteran posters who keep this treasure of a forum alive.
