Hey this is guywantstobebigger from pride penis forums. I was just wondering why isnt there a forum with all the excersises listed in it like in PP forums? All the posts on PP have been deleted. Are they on this site but just spread out? Also you routine is awesome man ive already noticed some small gains in a little over 2 weeks though i have no scanner or any way to take a picture. i also made it a little more intense here what i do now
5 Sets of each stretch below
1)_Pulling straight down: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second
2) Pulling straight down to the right: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second
3) Pulling straight down to the left: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second
4) Pulling straight up: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second
5) V-stretch: i work up to as much pressure as i can take and hold for 60 seconds
6) Cranking Rotary: i do these 10 times each way after every stretch
700 2 second wet jelqs
After Jelq: Warm Down

600 quick kegel squeezes

Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete
and then the testical fitness massage
i havent had any problems or any pain but i can definately tell me penis is being worked. had some red spots and pimples on my shaft(those suck) but so far im lovin it.
