I'm confused about the Testicular Health part of the newbie's routine. How long do I hold the stretches? And it says to repeat sixty times. Does that mean just the stretches, or the whole routine? And how am I supposed to do that in five minutes? Thanks

I usually hold the stretch for about 5 secs.


And it says to repeat sixty times.

I have assumed it refers to the stretches. but i could be wrong.

Thanks. I think it must mean just the stretches, or there would be no way to do it in five minutes.

I just stretcht and holo until I get tired of holding, which usually about 5minutes. My sac hangs VERY low now and it has helped my flaccid penis hang aswell.
