I only have about a hour a day. I am mostly concerned about length right know. My lot is about 9-8:00. I have gained about 1/2"- 3/4" in bpfs and about 1/4" bpel. I was just wondering what a good routin would be for pure length?
Thanks

You have plenty of time and a great LOT to start with. Give me a chance to put something together.

It means ..Loss Of Tug(back) . If you were asking this as a general question as in "What do you mean by LOT?".....this is in reference to the LOT THEORY posted here . REDZULU (i think )was the thread starter , But a guy named BIB wrote the original post...at a another forum called Thunders .

DLD any news on a good routin for me. I believe my lot has droped to about 7:30. I know later on I will want to start adding girth but right now I want length. Is this ok or should I be working of girth also.
Thanks

Posted where? Can someone please direct me to the relevant post? I posted this very question this morning - seems to be a closely guarded secret .....
