rashes

Has anyone gotten any rashes from doing pe. I just got one today and I woudl like to know how to get rid of it. Iremember geting these things when I was real young but all I have is if like there was to much rubbbing from my boxers on my balls that led to an area thats itchy. Any help would be much appreciated.
