So I recently hung out with a girl I work with. She likes me, but is a strange chick. Claims she doesn't like to hold hands, or cuddle before or after sex. What have you got to lose, would you be gutted if she 'broke up' with you? You didn't actually say you liked anything more than her body, so this would suggest you only want sex.

meshuggah I wouldn't date girls in your work or go for one nighters believe me it can lead to trouble if things don't go well. I would try something if you both weren't working at the same place.
