ive already noticed some small gains in a little over about 3 weeks though i have no scanner or any way to take a picture. heres my routine now tell me what you guys think is this pretty decent for as long as ive been doing it?
5 Sets of each stretch below
1)_Pulling straight down: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second
2) Pulling straight down to the right: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second
3) Pulling straight down to the left: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second
4) Pulling straight up: Once at maximum stretch hold for 60 seconds and kegel every second
5) V-stretch: i work up to as much pressure as i can take and hold for 60 seconds
6) Cranking Rotary: i do these 10 times each way after every stretch
700 2 second wet jelqs
After Jelq: Warm Down

600 quick kegel squeezes

Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete
i havent had any problems or any pain but i can definately tell me penis is being worked.
