Hi guys,
I've been PE'ing for about a month now and have gained 1/4" in girth so far. I'm only doing about 300 wet jelqs per day. I'd really like to focus the majority of my time/intensity on girth exercises.
Am I ready yet, or still too newbie to do more intense girth workouts? If so, any suggestions on a good routine?
Also, what is a good sign of correct pressure for a wet jelq workout. If I'm developing little purple spots on my shaft afterwards, is that a sign of good pressure, or am I taking it too far?
Also (lol, sorry), I sometimes feel a little sore from squeezing my upper shaft while stretching, it's hard to maintain a good grip while strecthing, any suggestions?
