one more thing, how loud is it when you use a penis pump? privacy issues are a must for me and im just curious. im gonna search through this forum and educate myself but any general info you can guys can offer would be great, thanks.

The Velseal line of cylinders from pumptoys.com are excellent. Many cylinders do not have a cushion/seal at the base, but instead just have a flared edge. The cylinders from pumptoys have a medical grade silicone cushion/seal, this imo is a must have.

Don't let the name "pumptoys" decieve you. Their stuff is top quality, better than Kaplin, Colt or CTC, again, just my opinion. I have used many cylinders over the years btw.

Pumping is very quiet, unless you get an electric vacuum unit. If you are going with a manual pump, MityVac metal pistol grip is top notch. A guage is important as well.

I have a squeeze bulb, that I use in the shower. Oral vacuum is also commonly used.

I also have used many pumps over the years. I have had lots of crappy ones and finally found the Vacutech line. I'd never buy another pump from any other company. Had my two for about 10 years and they are top notch. Have a look at the thick walled cylinders if you want to work on length + girth.
