Well, just had court and everything is ok :)
The commonwealth attourny said that I should have been charged with a felony but the arresting officer made a mistake. Instead of amending the charge, my lawyer and him came to an agreement. I had already served 100 hours of community service and since it was my first offense, they gave me 1 year probation. The charge is also going to be taken off my record in one year if I don't get in trouble again(which I won't).
I'm SOOO fricken happy. Thanks for all the support! ;)
