ive just started doing some clamp work. atm i do 20 mins every other day. do you think this is enough? also i was wondering if its best to jelq aswell as clamp, or just clamp?

I am also new to clamping, my third week I believe...

I have started to mix the two up. This is what I am doing at the moment. Clamp for 10 minutes...then do 100 1 second jelqs. Then clamp again...jelq....I do this 4 times. Try it out.

Jelqing while clamped is the way to go.

I'm pretty new to clamping also... I do a clamp, and while I'm clamped I would squeeze with my other hand where it's all full of blood.

where did you guys order your clamps from?

i got mine from montys peweights, but ive heard you can get them from b&q, wallmart or any hardware shop.
