$10 Ebay Pumps?

Does anybody know if the $10 pumps such as: http://cgi.ebay.com/TURBO-PUMP-3000-PENIS-PUMP-ENLARGEMENT-SYSTEM_W0QQitemZ5665311107QQcategoryZ1277QQrdZ1QQc mdZViewItem this would work? Or would I be better off getting the $60 Kaplan that I see on there?

Personally I'd stay away. I used a less expensive version and it was a sorry piece of crap, literally, and when compared to the LA Dist. Pump I bought a few weeks back. If you can afford it go for the LA Pump as it's the best quality and they have amazing service. I waited a few months before buying one, and so far it's been my best PE related purchase.
