I have recently been experimenting with the MaX-Vac. In the video, I demonstrate MaX-Vac use without the hand pump. I found this to be beneficial for weights 10 pounds and below. This limits the internal cylinder vacuum tremendously. For heavier weights we have the convenience of adding vacuum via hand-pump. With added vacuum (Mity Vac) the MaX-Vac will allow weight traction of up to 20+ pounds.

Only 2 sheaths are needed to hang without the pump. The sheaths are a unique material unparalleled in the PE community. They can closely be compared to "cyberskin," yet bond to the penis as if it has physical attraction.

The cylinder is molded (injection mold process) from polycarbonate, the same material often used in glasses' lenses. The material is virtually indestructible, molded in one piece; there are no components to replace. The weight attachment mechanism is a zinc alloy, forged to provide a user with a lifetime of use. The MaX-Vac patent pending 10/03/2005.

I want to buy one of these but, the sheaths seem like a pain in ass. How difficult is it to get the correct setting of the sheaths? Also, How does this pump/hanger compare to the bib hanger in your honest opinion?

I have been using one of these hangers for about 1 1/2 months now. Personally I love it. You get the hang of the sheaths quickly and they're not difficult to use. IMO a Bib takes a much greater time to adjust properly to make it comfortable. i.e. there is a longer learning curve with the Bib hanger.

Check out my progress thread that can be found in my sig. I have never owned or used a Bib hanger but I have done some vice style hanging. My opinions on the Bib are anecdotal.
