View Full Version : Clamping Question
Just wondered If any of you clampers out there have a solution to not getting you skin pinched from the clamp when putting it on. I bought some clamps today since my cock ring broke and i tried to put in on and dam did I pinch the skin. Do I need to wrap the dick or what?
Some people manage to use them without wrapping. I use the top half of a sock to go between the clamp and my dick though.

Absolutely use wrapping, as it adds more pressure from the clamp, and evens it out a bit too.
Use either the top part of a dress sock cut off from the rest, or even some Ace bandage or tshirt material, but somethin definitely. I think most guys go with the top half of a dress sock, adds good cushioning.
:)
A piece of an ace bandage is good, although not as cushiony, because it can stretch to go around. Then when you clamp down around it - it gets locked into place so it can't unwrap, but when you clamp on down it does slightly unstretch -- leaving less extra material in the way of getting that last possible notch to click. (If I could still get the very last one, I would! Just won't go completely wrapless to do it, too much bruising.)
It can matter how you clamp down too. Try this:
Set the wrap and get the clamp to about halfway so it's holding the wrap sortof, then do a stretch at the glans, then do a stretch from near the bottom of the shaft (this pulls forwards a whole diferent part of the attachment area) then clamp down. When you're near that last possible notch, do a glans stretch again while shoving the clamp towards your body, kegle, and then clamp down the furtherest notch you can get.
What you should have then is a condition where once you're 'up' the bloodflow is occluded so much that it will stay up (way up) no matter what until you unclamp it. You have to make sure it's as tight as possible and shoved towards your body as far as possible to get this effect.
Don't fall asleep like that. (!) Just ten minutes can be a lot and you'll probably have some spot bruising.

Thanks for the reply man. I clamped for only about 5 minutes for my first time, and dam. I must say my unit was full, it felt a bit numb with the clamp on like around the head "not totally numb just a bit" not in a injury state but different. I will use the technique use stated about for a better base clamp,, thanks alout guys. Oh ya cutting off teh top of a dress sock works great
