Hi guys!! Newbie here in the world of PE. And this is the start of my progress log.

My routine so far is:
Stretch and hold for 20 seconds (in all directions)
Warm up (shower or heat pad)
Power Jelq 50 times
Kegel 20
Power Jelq 50 times
Kegel 20
Warm down
Going to incorporate some Squatting Stretches and V Stretches as I was advised

Supplementing with 500 mgs of L-Arginine once a day.


My beginning measurements are pretty lame:
10/23/03

BPFL = 4" - not pressed = like 2.5"-3"
FG = 3.75"

BPEL = 5.25"
EG = 4.5"

Goals: ???
Thicker and longer when I am flaccid and erect of course!!!

Any suggestions or comments?

i think you need to increase the reps on stretching and jelqing, i would say spend about 20mins stretching and do around 200/300 wet or dry jelqs.
