I'm not new to pe at all,but i feel like i'm missing out on something because i dont know how to do a reverse kegal.Could i get into do a reverse kegal by doing a regular kegal and then just as i'm unflexing keep pushing as if i'm trying to force something out.
my freinds are skeptical about pe,i told em when i reach my goal i will stand outside naked for 15 min to shine my glory-lol.
I feel the dld blasters will help me get there faster than the reg stretches i'm doing now.
