View Full Version : stretching and clamping - brilliant or a waste of time?

Hey everyone.

I've been PEing for about 8 months now and haven't had that much in gains.

Lately, I've started clamping (3 x 15 min) and its been going well. I"m only getting a 0.25" engorgement on my pathetic 4.25" inch girth. I"m 6.2" BPEL, but want (and need) girth than length.

Right now, this is my routine:

Morning: 15 mins of various stretches (up, dld a-stretch, dld blasters)
Afternoon: 3 x 15 mins of clamping
Evening: 15 mins of various stretches (up, dld a-stretch, dld blasters)

Questions:
1) Do you think that stretching in the morning and evening will hinder my girth gains? Should I just do one or the other (stretching or clamping), or is my routine fine as it is?

2) Is it better to keep my dick hard throughout my clamp sessions, or is "setting it and forgetting it" just as good?

Hey buddy,

Strecthing should'nt hurt your girth gains. (to my knowledge) Keep it up, keep it going. As far as i know keep hard as possible during clamping, keep your tunica hard so its almost bordering on doing an erect bends, and just mush it. Your skin swelling up is'nt what u really are lookin to train, even though it gives that short term pump. Be careful, be consistant.
