First time use question

I got a Dr. Kaplan pump today, after doing the newbie routine I tried it. The thing is I dont know if after the first use one is supposed to see any inmediate results(I know they wont be lasting but for the moment)?
Because i got done and didnt notice any difference at all.

Also does anyone else find it really difficult to stay erect by yourself while using it?

yeh i got that too ive a vacu tech pump. and after my first set it took me about 10mins to get an erection again.

an i get erection easily throughout the day for no reasons still. as im easily arroused but it took me ages to get an erection again to get my last set in.

an i also didnt notice any gains immediately. your not meant to your first few weeks are geting use to using a pump and conditioning your dick to it.

First, do not use to much pressure...

Second, limit your time inside of the cylinder, taking breaks, jeqling between in and out of it...
