I thought the article was positive (a nice change!) about PE but didnt answer a lot of the questions it will have raised. Hopefully a google search by readers will get them to MoS :)

From the description on that site its a rotary crank basically and a standard part of the newbie routine - stuck at the top of the newbie forum :)

what about "the squeeze"

as far as "the squeeze" goes to me it sounds like you grip just below the gland to prevent the head for filling up and keeping it in the shaft and then doing the "uli" squeeze at the base, and even though it's not mentioned I would imagine kegaling more blood into the penis during this would help with the expansion process.
