Well ok, I've 'only' done 6 sets so far today but, I LOVE this working at home stuff! I'm hanging mostly between the cheeks as we experienced hangers call it and, stretching whenever I take a break. I hang BTC by: I have a 4 legged, sturdy wooden chair with a padded seat that I sit on. The seat itself is around 3 feet off the ground. I attach my hanger and weights then, I sit down and I have a smaller chair I put in front of me to rest my feet on. Works great! So far, my working sets are with 15lbs. Cant go any heavier yet but, I expect to increase that to 17.5lbs by next week.

Let me just add one thing for the people that are going into hanging or want to. It's not a weight lifting competition. If you are not carefull you can hurt you very easily. Stillwantmore is not a beginner, he is an experienced hanger, which knows his limits. (I have add this because there's no thread explaining the basics of hanging but we will make one soon)

Frenchy and SWM, just thought I would join in. I don't hang that much. Used to do quite a bit but quit for awhile, starting again. One thing that I have learned and want to challenge all hangers and stretchers to do is be sure to "shake it out" after any session. I didn't use to do it and didn't see the necessity but now after every stretching session or even in between I hit the ole pecker on the side of my leg many, many times. It sure does help the growth. Definitely between hanging sessions. I used to do it between pumping sessions too.
Stillwantmore, I see you have some extra skin growth too. I sure did get more when I was pumping. After watching DLD do the stretches and seeing how he pulls that skin back, I am working to not stretch any more skin. I have hair up my shaft because of pulling the skin. Flaccid I look uncut.

Yes, slap your dick on your leg and do some light jelqing between sets to restore circulation. No need to unwrap for this. Also, do 10-15 minutes of jelqing after all your sets are done, again to restore circulation and to push blood into the extended state. Behind the balls jelqing will work well and should be done too.
If you do not increase the blood flow to the penis to compensate for the increased size you will not realise gains. Unless your circulation is very good in the first place that is.

Yep, I always do some squeezing/massaging and, I stimulate myself to erection after I'm done hanging.
