Hi everybody, just thought I'd post my very first thread here and ask a few questions! :)
I'm not exactly a PE newbie, initially I did it for a few months, then took a 3 month break due to problems fitting it in my schedule, and now I'm back at it again (started about mid september this year). I've seen very little gains so far, not enough to make a visible difference, anyway. Maybe it looks somewhat more swollen and hangs a little better, but the measurements are still the same (6.6'' BPEL and 5'' girth) as when I started.
Here's my current routine: (2 on 1 off)
-warmup about 5 mins (I dunk it in a glass of hot water and massage it gently)
-10 minutes of V-stretch, divided into approx. 3 mins in each direction
-15 minutes of jelq (combination of basic jelqs and trap jelqs)
-5 minutes of modified erect bends
-modified Uli's (1 in each direction: left, right,down)
-warmdown 5 mins
I also do toilet stretches (intense squat stretches straight down) and, of course, kegals every day.
Is there something crucial missing from my workouts that is keeping me from gaining? I've already discussed this matter quite extensively at Mens-Network.com, where I usually hang out, but I've yet to come to a conclusion. Maybe some advice from the cock monsters that inhabit this place would help? lol! :D
Great forum, BTW! Wish I'd found this earlier... I think the 50 bucks that I spent on Penis-Health would've been better used here... even though it is in my opinion a good paysite nevertheless.
