got my pump today and broke my sleeve that comes with it. couldn't fit my penis through it with it on anyways. how long does it take to seal the cylinder b4 the pump starts registering my hands were getting tired. my cylinder is 2 1/4 x 9. how do i do this ?

First, use some good lube. Make sure that everything is good and slick. Second, make sure that you are at least 80% hard going into the tube.
Third, hold the tube tight against yourself while you start pumping.

This should help you get a good seal to hold a good vacuum.

Put the lube all over your penis and where the tube will connect to you body. Also, if you are a hairy guy, you will probably want to at least trim your shag carpet before you pump. If you have a lot of hair in the way, you will not be able to get a good seal.
