Heya, I'm just kinda starting PE, been doing it on and off not too seriously and haven't noticed any gains.
My current routine:
5-6 min Hot towel + kegs
10-15min stretching
50 Dry Jelqs from base
50 Dry Jelqs from midshaft
5x holds, each 15-20sec.
5-6 min Hot towel + kegs
I do this 1 on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off etc ::cool:
Current Measurements:
EL: 15cm (6")
EG: 11cm (4.4")
My goal at the moment is:
EL: 17.5cm (7")
EG: 12.5cm (5")
... What do you guys think about the routine? Hope to get some help. Have a nice day :)

I would take a more aggressive approach and PE everyday with no days off. If that seems too much widdle it down a day at a time until it's perfect. I would also put more into each workout, check out this workout here: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1597. It is very basic and gives enough time to each exercise to encourage growth.

What do you think about Dry Jelqs? Since those are alot easier for me to do, Maybe i can do Wet Jelqs 2-3 times
a week and then the other 3-4 times a week i can do 200 Dry Jelqs from the base and 200 from midshaft?
What's your thought in this?

and, Should the stretches be done in semi-erect state? :)
another thing i noticed, There are some red dots on my shaft, on the backside. Are these usual? I thought they only appeared on the glans?
And after i did my stretching there was some swolleness behind the glans foreskin (i'm cut since 5 weeks ago, it has healed good).
Are these anything to worry about? Please answer
Yes you can use vaseline.
Stretches should be done 100% flaccid.
Red dots are normal - they're broken capillaries, and a sign that your penis is being stressed.
Small amounts of fluid build up/swelling are also normal after PE.

Well ignore my old routine, My new routine for the next 2-3 weeks:
1- 5-6min warm-up with towel + 200 kegels
2- 10-15 min stretching (DLD Busters and mostly down stretching)
3. 300 wet jelqs
4. Uli's, Usually i do 6-8 Uli holds like 15-25sec each.
5. 5-6min warm-down with towel + 200 kegels.
Then in between stretches and jelqs i do helicopter shakes and kegel at the same time.
And i am going to do this routine 5-6 times a week. This week im resting on sat,sun to get my willy used to the pressure.

today I did 10-15mins of stretching + 30min jelqs (400-500 jelqs) and a few ulis. Some people say they are HUGE after a workout?
Mine is the same, no difference when i look at it after a workout, it goes to the same state :(
This was my 5th workout this week. Gonna rest Sat, Sun now.
Well first week finished, did 5 days on, 2 off. Next week I'm going to go every other day.
like I said in the beginning, switch it around a little to give my cock a bit time to heal and
such after this intense first week. :)

I am not going to do PE today, maybe not even tomorrow, have 2 red spots, one at the right side of my foreskin and one under my glans, i'll wait for them to go away. better safe than sorry ;)
today the red spots were gone! So i did a approx 1 hour workout..
5min warmup with kegels
10min stretching
10min wet jelqin (2-3 sec per stroke)
40 dry jelqs (40 from base 40 from midshaft)
5min warmdown with kegels
and lots of helicopter shakes in there, between stretches and between jelqs and in warmup and warmdown!
Next workout is on Saturday, Yeah! :);)
another routine was done 9 hours ago.
it was like the one before only with dry jelqs. DAmn I couldn't resist measuring after 1½ week it's 15.5cm! I measured twice and both times 15.5, I hope this keeps up, I really want my 17.5cm :) Yeeeah!
Edit: and it's friking rock hard! I could kill something with this! :clank:

6" = 15cm
6.2" = 15.5cm
I assume that is correct :)

To get inches from CM, multiply the measurement by .39
Example:
28cm x .39 = 10.92in
In other words, keep up the great work!! :D

bambam, simple routine but i hope it'll work ;)
hmm, it seems that the 5on 2off gave me the 0.2" to the length and now i've been doing 1on1off and no gains, and my girth is KILLING me, ain't gaining even a millimeter in girth :(
so now im going to go back to 5on2off kinda routine. gonna do something like one main workout then a light then a main again and so on.
What can i do about my girth? It's embarrassing 4.4" girth.. I do jelqs and it feels like my glans is going to explode, that's a good sign right? I do something like 5min dry jelqs, 10min wet jelqs and some holds for 30-60secs. Does anyone have suggestions? :(

Girth can be a bitch sometimes...I personnally haven't gained much girth at all from when I first began PE'in in March. Girth is one of those things that will elude you for a long time and then all of a sudden something will click and you'll begin gaining girth. Maybe some of the bigger guys like Red or DLD or SWM can give you some pointers for a new girth workout...

With girth, you really have to work your dick. Every time you do a girth session make sure that at the end of it your dick is screaming at you, make sure it is screaming at you in a very fatigued state, and it is not in pain. When you do Uli's really squeeze it, and do it till your dick can't take anymore or your hand starts to hurt.
After a few consistant weeks, you will gain girth doing it like this.

So i took my "1st december" measurement today, even though it's not december yet. but the next measurement will be 1st Jan :)
as you see in my signature my length hasn't changed in a week, Didn't expect it too either :)
my girth shall GROW within time ;)
Today: Phase 1 Begins
Jan 1st: Measurement and Phase 2 Begins ;)

well measured 1st Jan and as you can see in the signature I gained length so that's nice but no girth still, sucks ass :s
Haven't begun Phase 2 yet since i've had som bleeding from the urethra again but that has healed now, Will do Phase 1 for 1 week and then start Phase 2 if everything goes as planned. For the Phase 1 week i'll be doing something like
Warm-up 5-6min
10-15min Stretching
20-30min Dry Jelqing (will throw in some ulis and compression squeezes every now and then ;))
Warm-down 5-6min

throw in some Constriction work as-well, see if it helps ya girth.
Or try supras rings of power.
thanks for the advice redzulu. I just did a great girth workout about 3-4 days ago that took about 45-60min didn't look at the time that much but I did something like:
jelq (warm-up)
Compression Squeeze & Dual Dry Jelqs
Ulis with ballooning (lots of these)
Ulis with ballooning I basically did first push all the blood I can with a reverse kegel into my dick and it did get maybe 0.5cm bigger when I did this, I would then clamp at the bottom (Uli) and it would feel awesome, I did this maybe 30mins and my dick was nice looking! and now... 3-4 days later my girth is around 11.5cm when it's fully erect. I don't know if these gains are real yet but when my injury heals i'm gonna get right back to those 40-60min workouts after working up to that for one week first so I don't get injured again. Girth is mine! :bottumsup :s
Story about a ruler and a dude with a newfound perspective:
For not so long ago I noticed that my ruler had a 0.5cm gap before it starts the count and now (I broke my old ruler) I have one that has a 0.65cm gap. I'm around 16.2cm with that one. I still choose not to count that gap with the BP length because it just seems fair that if I press the ruler to my pubic bone with all my power then the 0.65cm gap is excluded. If I would include the gap I would be something like 16.8-16.9cm. It's awesome when you think about that.
Almost 7" BP. I want 7" with the gap excluded! :s Also I've found a new way to look at things, I no longer long for gains and think "I hope i've gained" and when I notice I haven't gained i'll get discouraged and pissed and all that shit, NOW I measure every week and I don't really care if I gain because I won't stop PE. I CAN'T stop PE before I reach my 8x6 long-term goal, I've said this to some in the forum but I wouldn't want to be in my late 30's and thinking "damn, I would've had a monster cock now If I still did PE". No Thank You! I just keep on going and I KNOW eventually gains will come my way!
