View Full Version : Length Gains?
I was just wondering... that we have already established that pumping gives you an increadible girth gain when added as an addition to your girth exercises(jelqing, squeeze's, compression's, etc...) But can pumping help with length gains when you add it into your length exercises. For example: do one set of the basic stretches while flaccid no pumping. Then pump and wait to get flaccid again then do another set of the stretches. Although I need girth I want more in the length department so I was just wondering if pumping would help in length as well as girth.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Ideally, a cylinder that doesn't allow full girth expansion is better for length. Although, often, your penis is fully extended in a regular sized cylinder. Pumping will help keep the penis extended after the session. Over-pumping will most likely make it difficult to stretch productively, so keep it practical.
So what I want to do when it comes to stretches is to keep the preassure minimal and the time minimal?( like pump at 3hg and do it for only 10 minutes) But do you think it would be better to pump before stretching or do a set of stretches then pump, and then do another set?
By the way just got my pump last night and am ready to use it. Thats why I ask about the length routine so i can start now.
Also what should I expect on my first few sessions of pumping?
Just had my very first pumping session last night. It's insane watching the penis get pulled out. But just wondering, I thought I would have seen a dramatic increase in girth. I saw a small difference in girth but not a huge amount. SHould I be seeing a drastic change in girth? Or will I be seeing the difference in a couple of months?
Definitly exciting, can't wait to add this into my pe routine.

ICE, the only way you'll see a "drastic" change in girth is if you get to higher pressure levels, and this is when you get into the likes of TIGER pump and that's not what you're after. You can look for a .25"-.5" increase from pumping session being a mix of fluid and tissue expansion, and this is absolutely what you're after. It's just like any other form of PE, and it does take time. Once you're used to the pump you should notice that you have less fluid buildup and a bit more of a hang soft post pump session. You may have the hang now, but it should start to take a few days for things to "tighten" back up. Try a one on one off schedule and see how you do. Good luck.
Thanks for the tip millionman. Can you or anybody else recommend how long I should pump for and at what pressure. I've read on these posts that some people say 3 some say 5 and others 7. What is a good level to pump at?

It's best to stay around 3-7 Hg. To statr probably stay on the lower end, but as you condition you may need to go a bit higher up around 7 Hg. A key to remember is to always wrap the tube with a heating pad, milk the tube, and kegel in the tube as well. Always finish a work set with 100 jelqs and remember there's really no need to go longer than 10 minutes per set.
and how many sets would you recommend? just courious.
