What is the longest you can leave it on pumped up but not too pumped to where it hurts? What is the longest you've had it on? Would pumping and leaving it on for an hour a day safe?

I found out that really there is no rule for the length of time but to avoid Water blisters and a dounut I would say probably max of 15-20 minutes and really you should take the pump off and massage and stretch for maximum results, I slept with the pump on once with low pressure woke up with pump off because loss erection and pressure and I wouldn’t recommend that, I suppose with electrical pumps you can
(SET IT and FORGET IT)…lol
I like to pump as big as I can for as long as I can while keeping natural Dick look not deformed or mangled dick

I've pumped for up to 4-5 hours, with short 5 minute breaks every hour or so. If you are good about watching pressure levels and know your own limits, then you should be able to go for as long as you want. [If you keep the pressure low then you shouldn't ever get any water blisters. The longer you've been pumping (days, weeks, months, years), the better you'll know how long is O.K. for you, as well as how much pressure you can take.
