It's a vein or a part of a vein that becomes clogged. When related to PE, they are usually caused by using too much pressure during jelquing...before warming up. I dont mean warming up with a "hot wrap". That does NOT warm up your penis for intense work contrary to popular schpeal on a lot of Pay PE sites. By warming up I mean...and this is what I personally do before EVERY intense girth workout.....5-10 minutes of moderate pressure jelqing at around half erect or a little more. Since I have been doing the warm up jelqs, I have had very few thrombosed viens.

Hey Still you were right about the LOT theory, but more about that further down. Here's a funny thing though about the thrombosed veins. I've gotten a thrombosed vein after stretching ?:( , how is this possible? I haven't seen anyone mention this? Only from jelqing people seem to get them . That I think I got from stretching because I noticed it about two hours after stretching (and during the stretching I had a pop), It was some time before the jelqing session was to occurs. I couldn't even have sex for 5 days. It looks like a very thin string (1mm wide) and it isn't hard or anything, but I couldn't pull back my foreskin from the sharp pain. Was this in fact a thrombosed vein?
About the LOT theory. It proved complete crap for two reasons. I've been doing DLD's phase 1 for two weeks and
1. I've done mostly upper angle stretching (as prescribed)
2. I've had a very fast gain only possible from the ligaments (if it's true fast gains come from the ligs)
I've measureded a full Centimeter gain as of this morning. And with BIB's LOT theory this is impossible given my LOT. So it's all BS it seems.
Many kudos to ya Still, your post lead me in the right direction. Find what works for you, EXPERIMENT.
