hey there guys just curious how many of you guys have a power assist tool and what u gains have been like off it. curious as ive just ordered one cant wait to try it seem to struggle getting a good stretch by hand. could anyone suggest a good a routine or if dld could that would be good.

Make sure you give the standing Sling Shot ago one of my favs:D

thanks mate im glad someone replied. you reckon i should start with basic stretchs like down, up ,to the sides for first month then whop in the a-stretch and v and others. i will also give the slingshot a blast sounds lethal.

Just mess with the all exercises until u find something you like that's sounds ok tho.

hey there tomd can just say the grip ur on about is this the one dld uses in his videos as that is the grip i use and i get a brilliant grip to good that ive split the end of my penis numerous times not really bad but little paper cuts around the end. im currently waiting for skin to grow back . not gunna do anymore stretches till power assist arrives hopefully i can gain an inch off the power assist.

I know there has been a lot of problems in getting them made be hopefully that is sorted out and you should get your some day soon.

Indeed I do:) Nothing is better for manual stretching than a Power Assist. You just can't get the intensity that you get with a Power Assist with your hands alone. The other benefit, one that more men should explore is Expressive Stretching. I believe this is what Mandingo has done to give him the immense side he has.

hey there dld can i just ask do u use any type of glove or any aids to give u a bettter grip and to avoid injuries. just as i use alot of talc (baby powder) and still the skin seems to wear away until the slits kick in.
