Any idea of where to buy a good pump that can be used with water inside? I think this is called hydro-pumping...

I use my Vacutech cylinder and my mouth to do water pumping. I often wrap a heat pad around there to keep the water warm.

can you actually generate any appreciable pressure with your mouth? don't you need at least 5-6 hg?

Let me put it this way. I can make my penis feel like it's about to explode from using mouth pressure. It's way more than enough if you want it to be. I've been using my mouth for months now since my pump broke.

And how can you set up a line to the tube so you can generate pressure with your mouth?

I just use the hose that came with my Vacutech setup. I just detached the hose from the pump and instead of using a pump I just suck in and when I need a breather I either bite the hose or put my tongue over it so that the vacuum doesn't leak. This works great for manual water pumping too.

so my hands can act like clamps, and my mouth like a pump. We're born PE machines.

If I dissemble the pump, can it go back together without glue?

Have you ever tried just disconnecting the female end of the part that connects to the tube? It should maintain the pressure you've created, without you having to bite the tube or cover it with a thumb or whatever...

Oh of course, once I get the desired pressure I disconnect the female end. It's just that when I'm water pumping I have to bite the tube so I can open my mouth and let the water drain out. Then I close my mouth and start sucking again, bite end, open mouth, drain, and repeat as many times as needed.
