View Full Version : MaX-Vac for length? and clamping for Girth?

Hey guys lately I have been thinking of integrating some PE equipment into my routine when I seen the ad for the MaX-Vac championship thing. It looks like it is really effective at adding some length. Any links to some unbiased reviews? And would I generally just integrate it into my normal routine and replace some stretching with it?

OK now onto the girth. I've seen some peoples pictures after clamping and I was AMAZED so would this be the ultimate road to take for girth you think?

Give clamping 6 months before you begin, as you are a newbie. Hanging does not replace manual stretching. You should hang for at least 2 hours a day. Also, an ADS all day will help improve flaccid and erect gains all day. Make sure you hang no more than 3 pounds your first two weeks or so, to let your penis get adapted to the vacuum pressure.

For a total I have around 6 months experience. Its just all spaced out. Is there really any difference between an ADS and hanging? Other than the fact that you use an ADS all day? Aren't both just different options for length? Does anybody recommend any one over the other? I know everbody has a different opinion though so its hard for me to choose. I can talk to 15 different people and every one tells me something different. How about some sort of device for manual stretching? Since its hard for me to get a good grip on my dick without choking him to death. Thanks!:s

Why not just do both? I hang at least 2 hours a day and wear an ADS all day when I'm walking around or in class. This is why I ended up getting TheGRIP, as it was only $179.95 for both a vacuum hanger AND an ADS, and the parts are interchangable. With an ADS you really won't gain much extra length, if any. I wore a homeade ADS for over 9 months and gained about .25 inches soley from it. Of course, it was a vice style and I only got a few hours at most a day, but it still really ended up hurting my dick more than helping. Then I found out about vacuum devices and really wisened up. The best combo is hanging + ADS all day, you can't lose, and it'll optimize your length gains, as your penis will heal in the stretched state that the ADS provides, and the true length gains come from the hanging.

Yea, the ads's are for the most part, innefective, in my experience. I wore the penis plus ads for a few months 9+ hours a day, and gained zilch. As for the max-vac, I believe it to be effective IF used correctly. If you plan on using it, let your penis get acostumed the vacuum pressure, and start off with light weights. I cannot emphasize this enough, as I own one, but probably got a little carried away, and tried to do too much too soon, and got a nice blood filled blister for my efforts.

No, I've been using my hands for a while now. I'm just trying to find a method to maybe be a little more "hands free" since theres a lot of shit to get done in my day. Like homework. If I'm hanging then or something like that then I'm able to manage my time much better

I can vouch for the TheGRIP system being the best manual hand stretching tool ever. Grabbing onto that vacuum chamber is just perfect for manual stretching and hanging. It is much better than using my hands to grip, I get much more of an internal pull. ADS is meant more for repair from hanging in an extended state.
