I don't know anything about patent and copywrited infringement, but I got these out of a book.

Do them all 2 times, you shouldn't feel drained afterwards, you should feel refreshed, they give you easier control over your mind through training, just focus on the exercises, it's only a game :)

This is a pre-exercise, draw shapes in your mind: close your eyes, and imagine that you pick up a pencil and draw. You do this because you drawings will look like crap; that doesn't matter. I guess you can draw whatever the hell you want (a penis :0), but here's a simple list: a straight line, a squiggly line, a a jagged line, the infinite sign, a spiral, and a ladder. These are the ones that I use, and you don't need to spend an extreme ammount of time drawing.

1. Put three objects in front of you and take one away at a time. Focus on the objects, but also notice the surface they're sitting on.
2. Do the same thing in your head, three objects, take one away at a time. Imagine what the enviroment looked like that they were in, so they're not sitting in blank space.
3. Write the number one through three in your head, then take the numbers away one at a time. You can change the order you take the numbers away in.
4. Image the letters a through g, again, take them away one at a time. You can switch the order you take them away in.
5. Next, do three words, try to imagine every letter, it is easy to lose the picture of the exact word. Then, take the words away one at a time in any order.
6. Do pictures next, I do simple shapes, take the picture away pieces at a time.
7. Next, draw a goal post in you head, in between the goal posts imagine the number 1. Then make the number 1 smaller until it is gone.
8. Sounds, this is the tough one for me. Imagine a sound, and let it fade off into the distance until it is gone and you can not hear it anymore.
9. Imagine the words, calm, energy, control in decending order (up and down). Make the words disappear, then, imagine the words one at a time, for each word writing a squiggly line under it, then making the word and the line disappear. At the end imagine all the words again in decending order, make them disappear. Also, each time you write one of the words, say it in your head and understand it.
10. Simply close you eyes, and imagine three number 1s in your head. Just close your eyes, say and write 111. The more you can concentrate on the words and focus out the world, the better you can do it. If you can be in a loud meeting, and total focus on 111 you have amazing control.

-Just to clarify, you do these in your head (except for number one), not on a piece of paper.
-Remember, each time you get rid of something it's gone, it no longer exists.
-Finally, when you image something imagine as much detail as you can. It is easy to imagine a sentence, but if you actually think about it your brain only sees words not individual letters. Don't burn yourself out, but just try your best.
