This next exercise is all in ATS words.

ok here is something i thought of its like an advanced dry jelg or pressers .......
ok take 2 small rolling pins ......they are about 8-10 inches long and like 3-4 inches around ..or if you can get them with less girth they would work better ......put one over your penis and put one below your penis ...now grab the 2 and sqeeze them together and roll toward the head .....ease up grip and return to the base and repeat ...i think this will work girth and width at the same time ...but beware of how hard you squeeze the rolling pins together .....you can get alot of force and dont want to over squeeze and cause probs. ...........you can also turn your rolling pins to get a up and down grip and roll the sides also .......hope you like this one .....AfterTheShock ...

May I add, this exercise is arguably the best girth exercise out their. I can see ma willy being 8 inches girth with this.

I think the best is what ever you feel comfortable with .The more erect you are the more pressure you will feel .REDZULU has done them since i first posted ...and he has seen good results with them ,now he likes extreme exercises and i think he has done them at close to if not at 100%....just use caution at higher erction levels as these do cause alot of pressure on the head .This is not a exercise i think a new person should try ,if you have been pe'ing a while then you should know what kind of pressure you can take ,and should work this at the highest level you can do them .I myself have not done them over about 65-70 % yet ....i started at like 20-30% and i squeeze the rollers together as much as i can stand it ,And work at the highest intensity i can .
Just be careful at first , if and when you do try these.I can not stress this point enuff!!!!

Okay I have used this GREAT exercise for a few weeks now by my late freind, but this time with a twist.
Myn is done constrited and slghtly different.
To do the Constrictorized ATS rollers simply make sure ya got some good porn pix at hand on the PC.
Next kick it up into a slide show, get ya best pix up that make ya HARD.
Now lube up, get a rollin pin ... lube that up as-well.
Simply get real hard, get ya cable clamp and attach at the base pretty tight so that 3 clicks are remaining [showing]and kegel as usual to get tons of blood in.
Now slap the meat on the desk or other surface.
Get the rolling pin and simply roll across the penis, push down HARD, and move from the base right to the head [below] and keep doing this over and over.
Do them fast and slow, push real hard sometimes and not so on others.
You dont ROLL the pin, like ya do with pastry ... the lube makes it slide across, which is better.
Keep at it for 5/7 minutes than watch ya pix again and get solid once more, than back to work.
Do this for 30/45 minutes and ya done.
Afterwards wear ya ROP or wear the cable clamp around the whole package including the testicles, have it tight but with say 4 clicks showing.....leave that on for 30 minutes or more, this will help keep the chambers open for a nice long period after the intense session.
I belive this exercise is the bees knees with width, I have gone from 2.2 to 3 inches with this in a session, its awesome.
You will FEEL THIS exercise, the chambers you WILL FEEL them for the first time inside stretch out and get the workout of their fucking life, I was sore afterwards .... its great.
I got NO spots or marks either.
Dont be scared to apply hard pressure, keep pushing the pin hard and with a purpose, you will see the width expand and be bigger infront of you eyes.
I would also suggest doing 1 on 1 off with this as you will need the rest day.
Just thought I would post this quickie as its doing GREAT for me right now.

Ahh, would work great. Hmm, now to find some rolling pins. One question though:
If you're working for girth, wouldn't making your penis wider take away the other width you had?
For instance, making the top and bottom wider, would make the sides smaller? I only ask because my penis is wider than before, but still the same girth after pressing it onto a table for a few sessions.

I dunno, it might but it would be the same with any width exercise ya do, best thing is do what DLD does and add some wet jelqs on the off days and work the girth normally. Infact you have made a good point, I am going to add wet jelqs on off days just incase it happens.

A hardone is what I use....the common wooden one.

If you wanna try someting really cool with the ATS.
I am just...barely over 2" in width and for the rollers I NOW use
chopsticks....and heres the reason why... First of all their thin and easy to fit in between the legs. Second of all, they are very flexible and can bend to fit me really well. Therefore I can apply more pressure and it does not hurt as to opposed the bigger and thicker sticks. Curious to know what you think

I am really seeing permanent gains in these IMHO , my penis is thicker many days after doing these and resting without any pe.
Dunno the stats yet, but I seem larger some.

what would happen if you put 1 pin at the left and 1 at the right instead of one up and down? maybe it trains different parts but i dunno.

O no I fucked up again hahahahahhaah, shit.
NO ya dont need two pins, just one for the CONSTRICTED version I DO.
Simply get erect full, clamp of ---- ya know the rest etc etc .... slap ya cock onto the table/desk/flat surface LEVEL with ya hips so ya not at a funny angle...than get ya pin and press down, begin the session.
Do 30 minutes of hard/medium pressing rolls, mix and match also with how deep ya push and whatever comes to mind, like slidein ya cock from under pin while pressin dowmn on it......I am telling ya THIS SHIT WORKS GREAT, but it wont be for everyone, it can be painful at times [not much] as you keep pressin the penis with the pin ... but I can gurantee ya will feel it afterwards, like a good session at the gym.....also beware ya wont get erect proper for the WHOLE day/night than, the penis will shrink abit ... its normal, but the next day and day after that it will keep pumped up .... will get erections more often, harder also .... you will feel and notice the size change....I still am after nearly 7 days of one session.

anyway .... thats how I do it, ya could try ATS version with two pins but I dunno how that will turn out, maybe try it and see?

This routine looks like it could help with curves too....if you do the table top roll pin method Red described. I'm not advanced enough (or alone enough) to actually -do- this and wouldn't dare try it until I felt more comfortable with PE and my penis as I don't wanna jump in too quickly and cause injury. But if anyone has a downward curve or unpwards curve and wants to get rid of it maybe they should try this....seems it'd work.
This is actually a very interesting exercise, I´m glad it popped up again so it´s not forgotten.

Well I use the kitchen counter,(my wife would kill me if she found out):s I place a towel over the counter, then use the wife's marble rolling pin. Also I don't do them clamped. These are great for width.

Its great for width that for sure and you dont need to do it clamped at all, just I always did myn clamped.
This also isnt like a power jelq, thats the penis between two rolling pin like devices and works different to this as it JELQs the penis and fills it with blood whereas the ATS rollors are pushing DOWNWARDS on the penis hence working the width on a hard surface so overtime this gives the penis more width shape from the time spent pushing onto the surface.
The power jelq I suppose could work width ... aint used one but it works different from what I have seen of it VS this method and I explained above.
Newbies to this exercise DO NOT do it clamped.

I do see how this would be different to the power jelq.With the roller surface and the completely flat surface of say your desk or counter,you are getting a smashing effect that would be just like what happens to clay,or dough when you smash/roll it out.That effect is a widening one(width).It seems pretty obvious this exercise would work excellent.Great work on this one! I will be doin this workout for sure.

You can make your own PowerJelq for under $10 and it is easier to work with than a rolling pin.

Sort of, the one I use is heavy marble, with a steel rod down the center so it's ez'er to use than the standard wooden pin.
I've aslo been trying them clamped as well.

Well I have been doing PE on and off for a few years so it is not something new to me. Instead of rollers I used 2 wooden spoons wrapped together with static wrap from the static stretcher.(I figured 1 spoon would be too flexible and the static wrap allows it to slide across more easily) I find this exercise interesting and will continue to experiment with it.

Hey Red, when doing these should i be rolling the pin up the shaft or should i be doing something like sliding it up the shaft ?(with lots of lube obviously lol)
and i know that you say to go for 30-45 min , but typicaly how long should one set be like 15-20 mins staright ? longer or shorter time?

I tried a mixture of different speeds and rhythmics, its best to mix-up. Also use a smaller rolling pin then the usual thicker ones.

hey Red whats the circumference of the rolling pin that you used, the reason im asking is becaus i used my drum stick and it was to thin when i would put pressure it really hurt even without being clamped!
and the only rolling pin i have is lik 6'' in circ, so i was just wondering how large a good rolling pin is for the clamped ats?
also are you using a rolling pin that actually rolls seperate from the part you hold on to or are you using one of those i believe their called french rolling pin were its bascialy just one long round piece of wood?

I'd like to try this out too to gain more width. I haven't started clamping yet, but I guess with a good tight cockring, that may do the trick for a start :)
I was wondering : It seems that all of you are sliding the pin towards the head instead of rolling it, is this for some specific reason (easier this way ?), or just because it feels much better this way in terms of gain ?
I guess I'll find it out when I get the chance to try it :s

You can roll if you like, but its easier to roll when lubed up.

Ok, so I tried a "quickie" dry roll for 5 min tonight after my girth session coming out of the hot tub with a standard wooden pin on the wooden kitchen table and a tight cockring on (I'm lucky the kids or my wife did not catch me doing that, I could just imagine the looks and the comments then rofl)
Wow, that's ...weird at first :O
I must say that's definitely feeling a LOT different than all the girth exercises I've tried so far, but the vision of my meat being squashed as wide as it could was very promising !
The more I rolled it, the more my head was ballooning like it was going to explode (promising too !), but as I did it dry, that quickly started to be kinda painful and harsh on the skin
I had the feeling that it was also somehow a little bit painful "inside" afterwards (so I guess that'll feel the same with some lubricant too, and the penis will certainly get used to it afterwards)
Very interesting though, I'll integrate it in my routine (after the Girth session) coming monday, and see how it goes :)

becaus these are very powerful and i can only clamp every two days usually becaus like you said you cant get hard for a bit afterwards , so i spend all of my clamp time doing them and im just asking my self although i am gettin wider is it just my regualr girth gettng wider or am i also getting thicker , i just want to now if these also aid in thickness in your experience! thanks

Usually you'll gain some in the other dept like with jelqing for example also helping with length as-well as girth. With these they will help with overall girth as its like a jelq your doing but applied from the top of the penis against a hard surface. Very good though for width and easier then my newer Frendo's. These by the way weren't made by me, but the late AfterTheShock (ATS).

it may be using a rolling pin but its actually completly diffrent from the original that ats made , not to say his arent good , just that these are diffrent!
one last thing , how many days a week did you usually do them?

Not sure how many off the top of my head, it was several years ago but never one day after the other. Something like one on one off or one on two off but if you feel better doing it more regular, give it a shot.

Some say no you want to damage the tissue, others say No you have to warm up etc.

Warm up is optional. I never warm up now but then again I have been doing it for years. If you find red spots quite allot after a session, bruising, fluid or anything else then try warming up. It certainly wont do any harm.
