The first picture I'm using a Heating pad, never pump with out Heat and a good warm up routine
The second picture is my new method , I made a harness from a duct tape along with two very very powerful magnets (to increase blood circulation and they act as weights as well) you hear so much about magnetic field and its properties and the human body , blood flow , healing..etc

The last two pictures along with a 12OZ regular Coca cola can
Notice hardly any donuts, always massage and stretch on your breaks
