Just got mine this week, and I love it. It puts way more tension on my willie than I could manually, and with much less hand and arm fatigue. In specific answer to your query, it is noticeably better for stretching. With the leverage, I can easily accomplish 20 minute hard stretch sets that were murder on my hands and arms before. What's more it is easily the most sensuous PE device I own, having no unsightly plastic or metal mechanisms and being made of a lovely ash.
