pain in the dick

a couple of days ago i did a pretty hard session of streching like 30 dld blasters and some rotary cranks- a bit over the norm for me anyways- and i have this shooting pain on the left side of the head of my dick. Im thinkin that I must have squeezed a little too hard while stretching so im takin a day off tomm and i hope it heals. Have any of you guys experienced this before, how long should it take to heal?

yep, have it from time to time. Goes away after 1-2days of rest.
No reason to worry!
