View Full Version : My Current Girth Routine

I have been having trouble gaining girth, so now I am just doing exercises for Girth, but with stretches just to keep length going a bit. Here is my routine:

1) Warm up
2) Two 30 second stretches in all directions
3) 20 Horse Squeezes for 10 seconds
4) 20 DLD Bends for 10 seconds
5) Warm down

Do you think that this is a good routine for gaining girth.

Looks good to me! Whenever I did my base squeezes (basically horse's) I lightly masturbated the head and kept kegeling to make sure a maximum amount of blood stayed in there. Also I did about 5 sets of 45 second holds. Hope this helps.

Your routine looks good but I'd throw in uli's or power jelqs to expand the mushroom cap a bit.

electic, you know a newbie routine that can help with GIRTH as much as LENGTH?

Hmmmm, a newbie routine that helps with girth as much as length. All I can really think of is Jelq, Jelq, Jelq! Wet Jelqs, Dry Jelqs, Upward Jelqs, Downward Jelqs, the works.
