can some one please explain what a dld blaster is and how to pefrom it also what are ULD
Current program
Warm up in the shower
Stretches for 5 - 10 mins
heli's 5 - 10 mins
Wet jelq 15 - 30 mins 2- 3 secs not to intense
PC flex for warm down
any help would be great
