odd bubble?

I have this bubble like thing on my foreskin? it's where my inner and outer foreskin are sewed together.
Wtf is this? It can't be a wart can it? How do i get rid of it? ?:(

it's soft, it started developing after my circumsision i believe. It can easily be pushed down and squeezed. Any idea what it could be?
