Just wondering ? Is there a Pro or Con to using the Latex ring on the pump or not ?
I mean, with the ring (silicon cushion-donut) on the tube, it feels as though the stretch is on my cock, but when I use the tube without the ring (silicon cushion-donut) I feel more a stretch, pulling sensation in the upper part (near my groin-ligaments) of my cock (more at the base - groin-ligs area)?
My exp. has been that the silicone doughnut just eases the pressure on your groin. I use the doughnut in the begining then remove it when I'm about to pack the tube to get a good strech all the way down to the base. I think it's all really a matter of what you like and are comfortable with.

Yaaaah, I found the silicone donut is more confortable. But I think at this point I am going to switch off and on with the donut. I mean that it gives me a good pull just on my shaft and without it, I get more of a pull on the inner ligs/tendons ? I think that the on/off method may stretch all that needs to be stretched ?
Is it better to stretch the shaft (holding the base & erect bends etc. . ) or to stretch without holding the base and just stretching everything.
I mean which has the tendancy to give, grow/enlarge, stretch easier. Will more gains come from just the shaft stretches by holding the base or not holding the base of the penis and gripping the glans and just going at the whole thing in a package ?
At this point I am encompassing both into my length workout?
I am also encompassing the same technique in my stretching workouts.
