Well...in my own opinion nothing beats good ol' manual PE using the bare hands, and perhaps a sock :s

Sorry if your not selling but your post really came across like a sales pitch. As for the extender that noose attatchment can really irritate just below the glans where it grips I have seen one with a different head where the attatchment is a thicker flat rubber band as opposed to a piece of rubber tubing like on the andropenis. Has anybody tried this one and are there any links to it.
