View Full Version : Fedoras pics of padding for extender use
Here is my pics of the padding/protection/gripping material I use.
I found it hard to picture my own member and get the right angles that is necessary to understand te it. So I used a gardening tool with some fabric on instead as a prototype of a penis.
It takes me about 2 minutes all in all to put the padding and extender on.
About 30 sec to take it off.
I will post the steps I use to put it on also, total will be around 8 pics.
step3 above is for protecting the sack and base.
I change the coh. gauze about once a week,
the t-shirt fabric once a week
the hiking padding material piece about once a month
Put on new doublesided tape about once a week

Finding the right padding/protection/grip is for me te key to be able to have it on for long sessions, and that is the key for gains with the extender.
Theese materials are very cheap and can be found at any walmart type store and pharmacy and some of it most guys probably already have at home.

The Jes Extender I have is the latest, that is, the silicone noose is now a plastic strap. This strap is not good. It is too short, so any additional padding would squash the penis. Any Ideas?

Aha, I see. Can you post a link that shows a picture of the plastic strap you have?
I guess you could always buy the classic noose ones (accessories)and replace your plastic strap, but maybe I can figure something out if I see a pic.

Fedora, doesnt your balls or scrotum get sore from the pressure? I tried cutting out a peice of cloth and put a hole in it like donut but damn my balls are killin me from the immense pressure..any suggestions

I have quite low hanging balls so I guess thatīs why I havent faced that problem. The problem I had before I foound out the solution with the sweatshirt donut piece was more of a skin thing.
Do you have a tight scrotum/bals close to your body?
I will experiment with some materials and post pics in this forum in a couple of days.
I think maybe a smaller donut of the hiking material could solve the problem, I will try myself some stuff/materials and post my results.

So your head doesn't get blue. Mine gets blue after 15 minutes. Maybe the tension is too much. You stretch to your max then add tension right. I'm using a homemade setup to see if this would even be comfortable to wear for extended periods of time before I buy a good one.

Ok I have an andro extender that I told you about before that doesn't have the tension lines(I know I got ripped off)but I also now have a Penimaster with tension lines and (5 of 230g each totalling 1150).So I tried the device for 4 days (3 hours for day 1,6 hours for days 2,3,4) and at 0 grams for the first 3 days and the 4th I did 230g.The thing is should I be doing higher tension than this since I have not noticed any kind of better hang at all ,or what do you say?Also is it normal to feel kind of uncomfortable while sitting down?Thank you very much.I await your response soon.

Sorry, it took some time to answer your question, been away at vacation on the beach!
Glad you know have a extender with traction scale. Are you sure the first However, start off at 600g of tension (about between line 2-3). Start with this for the first 1 week, and add hours slowly. Then follow my routine tips here and you should be on your way to some gains!
hereīs a start up routine I have sent to some members of the MOS site.
Starting schedule
(first the "get used to it week" at 600g 1hour/day
(3 sets of 20 min)
----------------------------------------------
In the first week donīt wear it for longer sessions than 20 min each set. You see my approximate directions under each week.
week 1: a total of 1 hour/each day tension 900g
(3 sets of 20 min)
week 2: a total of 2 hour/each day tension 900g
(4 sets of 30 min)
week 3-4: a total of 3 hour/each day tension 900g
(4 sets of 45 min)
week 5-6 a total of 4 hour/ each day
(4 sets x 1 hour)
week 7: a total of 4 hour/ each day tension 1200g (notice the change of tension) (4 sets x 1 hour)
week 8 - and on: if you want, add another hour each week to your everyday use. tension 1200g
Do not use higher tension than 1200g for the first 8-12 months.
You should only focus on the traction level in the extender, no matter how long stretch in the extender that gives you. Not like some traction devices manuals say that you should pay notice to how long your stretch are in comparision to you EL.
In the beginning itīs common that 900g or 1200g stretches shorter or at bpel. But as your penis gets used to the stretch it will for most users after a couple of weeks or months lead to a stretch over bpel, while still using the same traction 1200g.
When you are a way into your extender journey, you should have a aim that you not should feel any exhaustion in your penis for the first 45 min. After that you can wear it for a little bit more, and start to plan to take it off when you hit about 1 hour. But this is like 2 months into your journey.
Start with the small amount of extender work I wrote in the schedule. This is a long run, donīt hurry.

i finally got the hang of my extender...thanks a lot fedora and lil fella for walking me through it...one day i just thought let me try it again and i got it...i've been using it a couple hours a day ever since..one thing though...i turn my traction up to about 900 (second line) but while i'm in the extender the lines move back down to about 700g or sometimes 600...i was wondering why this is happening? is it because i'm not stretching at my maximum length or is it another reason...thanks alot

About the dropping of traction during a session: That is exactly how it should be! This happens because your pnis relaxes and also get stretched in the extender.
Thatīs why you during a session should screw up the thumbscrews a couple of times back up to the 900 line. That is why you should only focus on what traction you are at.
It also results in that you towards the end of a session have a longer stretch at 900g, this is a sign that you are doing it right!!!!!! The gains are waiting for you around the corner!

thanks a lot for that explanation...it sounds right to me rofl...i wish i just would have just stuck with it since i had the thing in the closet for months...i am getting some pain in the scrotom area...i think the little bit of shirt padding i have at the base of the extender isn't enough...it is kind of digging in a bit...i am gonna have to try to find something else to help out with that...but other than that...things are looking good...thanks again for all your help

i'm not even sure where on the body that would go normally...

Hi there! I´ll try my best to explain....
Yes, it is surgical tape.
Hiking material - A foam material used to sit on when it is cold, and you are for example hiking in the north. This is sold as a "sitting pad" and is very and cheap can be found in many shops in colder countries. Someimes it has a polyester fabric on the outside of the sitting pad.
The schedule is for getting used to the feeling, and to get your penis used to the long amount of tension. To ease in to it.
The tension is extremly important. I´d say since yo just started and you can wear it all day long, you are most likely using very little tension.
When having proper tension, you will start to feel fatique after about 1 hour and will start to think about taking it off.
So my recommendation for you is to buy a good extender that have tension marks on it. I would recommend the JES or the FASTSIZE.
There are as far as I know only one way to put on the extender. The difference is the wrapping/padding methods that different users use.
The hiking padding construction - I only cut a piece as big as the pic.
The leather tube around the noose strap - is sewn together as a tube (in leather), I used leather from a working glove and kept the fleece padding inside.

i don't know where you are at in the world..but as oppose to the hiking material...you can substitute foam pipe insulation that you can get at any hardware store...i don't know your size...but you just want to find one that will atleast slide past your penis head...when you find the pipe insulation you want to cut pieces about 1/2 inch think...so the noose can fit over on top of it...and if you can wear it all day then something isn't right...the tension bars is what really gives you the stretch...as you are wearing it now...it is like a ads (all day stretcher) which might improve your flaccid a bit...but in order to gain using an extender you have to stress the ligs in the penis and that is where the tension comes in...when i first started i would only wear my extender for 1/2 hr at a time because it got uncomfortable after a bit...especially at the base of my penis..but i felt like i was doing something right...my extender is from x4labs..and it has 3 tension bars on it...

Yes, the gray pipe insulation padding is almost the exact same material as the hiking material I use.
Great thread! Thanks guys. The base digs into the skin and scrotum region and after time, it starts to pinch and get uncomfortable. It's bearable but figuring a padding to minimize the pain is very helpful.

My biggest issue with the extender was to get my dick stretched and strapped. After a lot frustration, I came up with a better mount step for me, which allows me to increase my stretching length and makes it a lot quicker for me.
1. What I do is, separate the extender where the first extention bars are screwed in.
2. Apply the wrapping.
3. Put the extender-base part on.
4. Strap the penis in the other part.
5. Put the screws in an angle against the holes, get the bars of the both separated parts straight and screw them in for unificiation.
6. Adjust tension.
Hopefully I'm not reposting an idea.

I use a (dont know the english word) rubber band type that girls use for their ponytal. I fold it one time and put it around the glans and the heapiece as the last thing after I am fully mounted. I let the rubber band rest just below the glans (on the hiking material piece). Works awesome. I can put up a picture if someone wants (hard to explain this with words!).

I use my wrapping/padding during each set of extender (which is about 1 hour) then I take the extender off, and also all the padding, to get full circulation in the penis. After about 1 hour I put it back on etc. So depending on how many hours I wear the extender, thatīs how many hours I have the padding on.
For the coh. gauze closest to the penis, I change it every second day.
The t-shirt material - I change about 1 time/week
The piece of hiking material I change when it starts to fall apart, after about a week or two.
The important material that you need to change more often is of course the material (in my case the coh.gauze) that is directly attached to your penis (for hygieic reasons!).
If you change the coh.gauze every second day you use the hanger (means every fourth day if you use it every second day) is a good direction I think.
Donīt know about how well it works for The Length Master, havenīt bought myself one yet!

Maybe grab a SizeGenetics strap style attachment, I am pretty sure the FastSize will accept this type of attachment.

Hereīs what I do:
Material: Hair elastic band (you now the fabric looking elastic band that women use to hold their pony tail)
After I finished mounting my extender, with the silicone loop ends inserted in the "holders" underneath the extender head, I take the elastic band, stretch it and wrap it two times around the whole headpiece (with my penis in place).
The elastic band holds the silicone loop in place in the "holders" underneath, prevent the silicone ends from popping out of them.

The wrap would be the same no matter how you attach, but you will need to find which wrap works best for you. There are many methods outlined on MOS. My favorite is this thread and Stillwantmore's hanging wrap. You may want to also pick up a velcro strap to replace the comfort strap, much more gripping and comfortable.

I just purchased the jes extender, I'm still getting comfortable with it I find after a couple of hours the pain begins, I'm trying diffetent ways to customize the straps for comfort. I am7 inches erect with about 5.5 inches girth, would love to hit the 10 inch mark with about 8 in girth ... I have done jelging and stretching in the past, too time consuming, I'm already experiencing change in my erections, hopefully growth will come soon, I use the jes for about 8 hours a day ...
