hey ive noticed DLD usually recommends stretching for 30 sec to 60 sec, and im wondering what is his rationale behind having a 'short' stretch.. it seems to me that a 2-3 minute stretch would be best, as these are tough tissues that we're trying to stretch..
i notice that the longer the stretch is the 'further' the stretch goes, seems like its doing more when i stretch longer..
