Soft penis head...

I haven't started serious PEing yet, just a few times done some jelqs but never been able to keep it going (usually because family has been around) but now I have an hour alone each day. I have been doing kegels though.

But before I start, I wondered if any of you could give me some advice?

I've noticed that, even when fully erect (well thats the most erect I seem to get) the head of my penis is really soft - I can squeeze it in easily, it may as well not be there.

I also notice that under the glans of my penis, and kind of around it, where it meets the shaft, is darker in colour and has been for some time, however all the pictures I've seen show the head entirely the same colour as the penis.

Up until about a year ago, I had a tight foreskin and could not fully retract it over the glans, and only very recently have I been able to when erect - in case that might be a cause of my two problems?

And one final thing, when erect the glans of my penis is so soft it seems, that the foreskin does not move back over it and in fact if I pull it back, will move back to covering the head of my penis.

I have worked on this issue with other guys so much with little success. It seems that some men have this issue and some don't. The only thing that has helped some guys is a good PC workout. You can find one of the most thorough PC workouts under the newbie routine.

I dont think any man has a truly "hard" glans when erect. I dont think it's supposed to get hard like the rest of the penis does when erect.

I'm just gonna start the newbie routine tonight, possibly doing some extra exercises to get more blood into the head, and extra kegels. Thanks for the ideas.


I wouldn't be bothered, it's just that well, I'm still a virgin, and just would hate my soft head to make it impossible to penetrate lol.

Again, the glans IS supposed to be 'soft'. The erectal chamers underneath however provide the firmness needed for sexual penetration. As long as the rest of your penis is firm, you will be fine when the time comes.

I have the same thing happen to me when erect. I have a rather long foreskin (at least i think it is) and my glans is not all that hard when it's not retracted, however when I pull it back and hold it there my glans becomes fully engorged, is this what happens with you?? Then when i let go it just goes back to how it was.. I think this is just a thing us uncut have. This also could be coz you're not getting hard/stimulated enough to pump enough blood into the glans.
